PDF Studio
Merge, organise, split, sign and fill, all in one place. Drop your PDFs once and move between the tabs: each one picks up the same files and does the work for you.
Merge. Two sheets go in, one comes out. Add your PDFs, drag them into the order you want, and take only the pages you need from each — then press them into a single file.
Organise & split. Every page is laid out for you, ready to drag into a new order, turn the sideways ones the right way up, throw out the ones you do not need — or cut the document into several files.
Sign & fill. Put your signature, your details and today's date on a PDF — a lease, a form, a letter of agreement. If the PDF already has boxes to type in, they are listed for you. Everything happens on this device; the document is never uploaded.
Drag the handle to reorder, or focus a handle and press ↑ / ↓.
Press Choose pages on a file to pick them by eye, or type them —
1-3, 2,5,9, 4-.

Click a page to include or exclude it. Drag to reorder. The big number is the page's position in the finished file — excluded pages show a dash.

Drag anything you have placed to move it, and double-click your own text to change the wording. Drag the bottom-right corner of a signature to resize it. Change words on the page works on wording that was already in the PDF — a name, an address, a date — by covering it and setting the new words in its place.

Green marks wording the changed version has and the original did not. Red marks wording the original had that is gone. Click a change to see it in the other view.

This is the first page you asked for, read exactly the way the file will be. If the columns are wrong here they will be wrong in the spreadsheet, so it is worth a look before you convert.

One slide per page. A deck has a single slide size for the whole file, so the first page you asked for sets it — a page of a different shape is fitted inside that, centred, rather than stretched to it.
